A lot of things could be improved

We chose it because we only had a couple of days to find a place. We're taking my dad out in a couple of weeks. We were disappointed. They said they would take him on walks and they don't do anything like that unless you ask. There some other problems too, like the shower handles don't work and a lot of the time you walk into the bathroom and there's no toilet paper. You don't have any real contact with Mary Rose herself. She's not there most of the time. The other people that work there are very nice but things don't get done like they should. The beds don't get changed often enough and the toilet paper too. It's not a horrible place but there are a lot of things that can be improved on. That has nothing to do with the staff; it's more the owner. There are no activities - pretty much all the people there stay in their rooms.
