Tour for care

We toured this community for the care of my parents. The staff were friendly and were able to answer the questions that we had on the care that would be received. We would recommend this community to other families. This community is worth the tour and the friendly staff

Horrible care

I have to admit I am reviewing the convalescent hospital there at Mesa Verde. It was horrible. [removed] all the time. Would not let my good friend get off the feeding tube even though it was recommended by her doctor on the outside of this facility. Her doctor there saw her once a month. She was supposed to have rehab to get off the tube after surgery for one month. they moved her to the convalescent section and kept her there without allowing her to come to my home and have a nurse with her all day and night. [removed]
