Housekeeping staff does a great job with keeping rooms clean and supplying clean towels and bed sheets. Communication with the family is always handled well when necessary. The move in process was simple for everyone and my mother was greeted by name and made to feel welcome by staff and other residents. The quality of the food is difficult to answer because I haven't eaten there. I will say that my mother finds some of the food not very appealing. But, to be honest, she is a very picky eater with a low appetite at 93 years old.
