<p>Here at Millbrae Paradise, we’re proud to serve the San Francisco area in our memory-focused care home. We know that the choice to move your loved one into a care home can be difficult and stressful, and we are here to help with that transition and provide care in the best ways we know how.</p>
<p>Millbrae, located just south of San Francisco near the San Francisco International Airport. Our bayside suburban community is set away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to have access to all the things that make the Bay Area so incredible — the food, the people, and the culture! Within our quaint, Seaside community family-style living meets premium care and service for those facing Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other related conditions.</p>
<h3>Community Amenities and Services</h3>
<p>We primarily serve residents with memory loss conditions. The care we provide is centered around providing comfortable, dignified living and around-the-clock specialized memory care. Advanced care services include ambulatory and incontinence care as well as medication management. With hospice care on-site and nurses available to residents as well as a physical therapist and podiatrist in the community, we can assure that we’re equipped to provide the best care we can.</p>
<p>Residents enjoy homestyle dining three times a day. We are also happy to accommodate some dietary restrictions. We work with your care team to provide delicious and nutritious meals that help meet your health goals. Just let us know what works best for you or your loved one.</p>
<p>Engaging the mind as well as the body is one of the most important parts of memory care. We organize on- and off-site activities to help residents explore new hobbies, get involved in the community, watch new shows and movies, and ultimately connect with other residents. Indoor and outdoor common areas in the home make it easy to be social, curl up with a good book, or enjoy the sunshine.</p>
<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>Our bright, sun-filled home offers private bedrooms for all residents. Bathrooms are private and have a bath tub. Providing comfortable living is our highest priority, which is why you are welcome to bring belongings from home to decorate your room with. We want you to be happy and comfortable and always reminded of the people and things you love the most, here at Millbrae Paradise.</p>

<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Millbrae Paradise is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as <em>assisted living facilities</em> and <em>board and care facilities</em>. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.</p>
