What I can tell you so far...

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very nice. Even though my family member chooses not to participate, they have many activities and try to get the residents involved. The fees are high and I think the facility communication with the family could use a little improvement, but overall our experience has been good.

new management will hopefully bring needed help.

Unfortunately this is an industry problem, staffing is constantly changing which tells me that top management doesn't realize that consistency of staffing is the only way to get consistency of care. Meals were frozen foods, which I would not expect for the dollar amount we paid for meals. Since meals are extra. There were no variety of meals or even substitutions. Any special diet restrictions were ignored daily. At the cost of meals the residents should be able to choose what they want to eat.

Norbella Centerville Review

There is not a nurse on duty after 4pm or on the weekends. She doesn't get her medication for days before we find out. We have been through several nurse managers and its only been 7 months. Needless to say,, new problems with each turnover. Staffing is mostly pool or temporary staff. There is no way to reach anyone after 4pm.
