What a Joke

Managment is great although i have heard she is leaving soon. Our original maintenance guy is really good. The new maintenance person is NOT. Guess we will get the same quality as the new maintenance person they hired if we have to have new manager. NEW Maintenance person is as low as you can go. I seriously doubt the new maintenance person knows a hammer from a screwdriver. Patch and rig problems instead of fixing properly. NEVER EVER clean up after themselves. New management company appears to be an absolute joke along with the new rents. Could be a really nice place with the right staff and management company. At this point I will say I am only here until I find somewhere else. This was a "decent" place to live until recently. At least we were able to get things fixed under previous owner even though he was tight with money. I would highly recommend anyone to look elsewhere as the "renovations" they are doing is a complete patch and cover up of the falling apart buildings and apartments. Very drafty with high electric bills and outrageous water fees set by the owners. For the amount of money they want you could definitely find a nice newer apt complex to move to. Beware this management company recently began to manage and own several complexes in red bank area.

Worst place to ever live

I must warn you, if you want to be to be harassessd, have your name and business shared with everyone, and constantly being threatened by the manager calling the police on every petty thing; then this is where you want to be! The manager is nosey, a gossiper, has certain other residents who hang out in her office daily to fill her in on what happens after hours, so your constantly being spied upon. She tells everyone your business; the whole community will know if you get disability, welfare, food stamps. She and her staff snoop in your apartment when your gone. She'll look through your mail, your fridge, and search to see what medications your taking. She'll do favors for some residents like those that can get your discounts at restaurants and stores, but to others, she'll make your life a living hell while your here. The appliances are antique and the cabinets are original, built in the late 40s. They cover everything up instead of repairing the problem. I have a glued on tub panel that has glue seeping from the edges. Can't even clean behind their work. She wanted to charge me about $100 to replace the drip pans on my stove when it burned from a faulty wiring from the maintenance guy. And it took him almost a month to come fix my toilet after complaining for over a week about sewage leaking on my floor. Bugs here, are your best friend. No doubt, you'll see plenty of them. Roaches, ants, rats, wasps, all love it here! Parking is a challenge here, it's a game of seeing how close you can get to your neighbor's car. Spaces are numbered, but that really has no meaning when your neighbor has 5 cars, a truck, and a work van. 7 vehicles, but I just have a five foot wide space. Oh Soo car scratches are an added bonus here! Noise, well the walls are paper thin, I tried hanging a picture and I hit with the hammer on the nail and I now have a window between my living room and bedroom. Maintenance never has repaired it so I have it covered with a poster and thumbtacks on each side. Laundry room is always trashy, and half or more of the machines never work right. Complain all you want, nothing is ever done and you'll never get your money back. There is a pool, but can't enjoy it. Stays green most of the time, then closed the other half. Residents have to clean it ourselves. Weekends, forget it, it's packed full with all the neighborhoods -------- kids or the [removed]. There are pool rules for some, and none for others. Some can drink at the pool, have a loud radio but others can't. Rent always going up, and now have to pay for water. A lease agreement only protects them And they change it on you, and forget your name. Manager is a [removed] She put kids and trouble makers in the back buildings, and old people in the front. Christmas is a disgrace, it looks like a dollar store, junked up slum place with blow ups and half lit trees and bushes. If you want to in a communist place, this is the one for you!
