Not even if you're desperate for a place to live!

The building is in need of major repairs and there is evidence of mold in the lower levels. Disgustingly dirty common areas. Infested with rats and insects. Maintenance requests go unanswered. The indoor pool has no water in it and hasn't been available in over six months. No one answers the phone in the office so if you have an emergency better be resourceful because no one cares and no one will respond. The garage roof is crumbling all over the cars and it's pretty darn scary to walk through. I am a current resident and I feel like I'm living in a condemned building.

I could pay much less for this level of filth!

First, this is not a senior community. People of all ages live here. It is absolutely the filthiest place I have ever lived! Maintenance is practically non-existent. The basement level where laundry room and garage is gets flooded and reaks of mold and sewage. Filthy windows that can't be cleaned, balconies crumbling, roof in garge crumbling and leaking. Laundry room is absolutely disgusting and many machines broken. Infested with ants and roaches. Doors are left unsecured and packages frequently get lost in the office. Owner and management company should face [Removed] charges!

Good Community

It is a good community that provide a better value then other comparable communities. Everyone is pretty friendly and the residents seem to be fairly happy. They do not offer any care services because it is just a senior apartment complex. Overall I am pleased with the North Pointe.
