North Ranch has an outside patio and garden for you or your loved ones to gather in and enjoy the weather, while remaining safely within the premises. There's an enclosed garden so you'll be shielded by any harsh elements. Indoors you'll find walkways, a media room, and a community common space for socializing with your neighbors. There are plenty of spaces available to read or watch a game or your favorite TV program. We employ Spanish-speaking staff members so we are able to communicate with residents of varying linguistic backgrounds.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>Our secured property offers shared and semi-private apartments at ground level. The rooms are designed to accommodate wheelchair access and are climate-controlled for the safety and comfort of our residents.</p> <h3>On-Site Activities</h3> <p>We center our community activities with social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical aspects in mind. We develop activities, events, and adventures that will keep our residents engaged and provide them with a purpose-filled day. Participation in our captivating activities which meet each resident's individual abilities and needs can lead to improved self-esteem and satisfaction. On weekends, North Ranch often schedules music performances to help energize our residents and keep spirits boosted. We also bring in regular speakers to give lectures on a variety of academic topics.</p> <h3>Dining</h3> <p>We understand how important it is to offer a variety of meals that are nutritionally-balanced and taste great as well. We serve fares that can accommodate dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or kosher options. We also love celebrations, so when it comes to birthdays and holidays we can provide a bevy of delicacies served buffet-style.</p> <h3>Personal Services</h3> <p>North Ranch provides housekeeping, laundry, and dry cleaning services so you can rest assured that clothing and bedding is always fresh and clean. We can arrange accommodations for personal grooming needs as well as for offsite shopping trips. North Ranch has 24-hour staffing available to tend to the needs of our residents at all times. </p> <h3>Religious Services</h3> <p>Our community offers Catholic, Protestant, and Jewish religious services onsite, provided by a visiting chaplain. The surrounding neighborhood offers many options for religious services as well, so residents can have the option to practice or worship in the comfort of their preferred congregation.</p> <h3>Medical Care</h3> <p>Our staff is awake and available 24 hours a day to assist you or your loved one with any time-sensitive needs that may arise. Staff can aid in monitoring residents' blood sugar and tailoring daily pill dosages. North Ranch offers 2-person assisted transfers, providing aid with sitting-to-standing, standing-to-sitting, and similar motions.
