Quality place and value is good

The community is very clean, the friendliness of the staff members and overall care services are good but not great. However, our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service. They have good activities but we would like to see them incorporate a little more

Over the top staff!!

The staff at the Oak Tree have been very helpful and accommodating to my mother's needs since her move to this community. They bend over backward to make sure everything was ready for her before she got there. From what she has told me, the meals are better than the place she lived before, no complaints so far. The community has a large variety of activities available for whenever my mother is comfortable. She has made a lot of new friends with the residents at her lunch table.

Need better communication

Everything so far has been good. I think the overall atmosphere is great and the people really care about the residents there.
