Billing office is awful...

The care and facilities are awesome. The BILLING is awful. Has been the entire time mom has been there, which is over three years. They decided to get her social security direct deposited to them. This was with no notice to us. The only way for me to change it would have been to take my Mom down to SSI, which is not an option. So, they have been in charge of paying her supplemental insurance since then. I get notices that it is late. I get a notice every month that her rent if past due. They get her SSI and Medicaid. They do not post it, send a late notice before they post it. I am so tired of this! Today they hand delivered a late notice directly to my mom. Needless to say, she was extremely upset. If everything else there wasn't good, we would move her!
