Horrible place do not recommend

The staff is very rude and uncooperative. My husband was a patient there and I arranged for the ride to pick him up for dialysis and the staff keeps on changing the door the driver is to pick him up and they do not inform the ride. This has happened on several occasions because the staff blames the driver. I have gotten high bills from ambulance services because the ride showed up to pick him up and they did not get him up and ready or they changed pickup doors and did not tell the patient. Very poorly run and I would not recommend this facility.

Not My Place For Mom

The facilities phone system has been down for 4 months. It's impossible to contact your loved ones or the main number. It's very frustrating to families, friends, and patients. When ask when the problem is going to be fixed, we just get a lot of "lip service."

Not for the faint of heart

The total lack of knowledge and conditions were absolutely appalling. I would never EVER recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know where they get their staff, but they are, to me, who has had experience with other facilities, horrified.
