Overall, I made the right choice when I came to make Pine Ridge of Plumbrook my home.
The first person I met was [name removed]. He was warm and friendly and very patient with me. As I met more of the staff in the office, in the dining room and all others, I felt very welcomed and loved. I feel safe here.
As I don’t doubt that it’s the same in other senior communities, the meals aren’t always the best for my choices; however, it’s easy to find an alternative off of the menu.

Peace of Mind

Have been a resident for 2 1/2 yrs. Very friendly staff. Meals are frustrating one time it is very good. Tasty and next time-very blah-no taste. Cleaning is spotty-due to time for doing it is not enough. 2 people for the whole complex is not adequate.

A Place Like Home

Such a great place.
I am incredibly pleased with our experience at Pine Ridge at Plumbrook.From the moment we toured the community, we felt a sense of warmth and care that truly sets this place apart. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about each resident's well-being. My dad has found a wonderful group of friends here and enjoys the wide range of activities and events offered daily. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and feel like home. The dining options are also excellent, providing nutritious and delicious meals every day.
My dad feels empowered to live life on their terms while having the comfort of knowing help is available whenever needed. I have peace of mind knowing that he is in a safe, supportive environment that encourages social interaction.

Happy place
Every single member of Pine Ridge staff goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well being of their residents. From top management to the staff preparing and serving meals to housekeeping, they all have smiles on their faces and are willing to serve everyday. Beautiful Renovated Senior Community
The community received a beautiful renovation in 2023 - it’s like living in a new community. They offer all inclusive pricing with award winning services. Before moving in, I shopped around and found Plumbrook had the best value.

A wonderful facility
I would rate all a 5 other than food which I would rate 3-4 however, I haven't eaten very many big meals there. Mostly just salads, sandwiches.
The neighborhood is beautiful, the staff from top down to cleaning crew are so friendly and always willing to help. Lots of super fun activities and entertainment.
I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook to others looking.

I love my apartment
The staff and residents are great. I’ve been here for 4.5 years - it’s my home. I enjoy playing cards with my friends and I love our “happy hour” each week. Our chef does a wonderful - everything is homemade and fresh.

Best Food!
The best food when we visit my aunt. They have 3 meals a day with so many options. The dinning room staff makes sure she likes what she ordered. Being that she was the cook of the family and cant as much as she used to, it really made a difference that she likes the food. We also like that they include laundry services. She loves it there and she loves the people.

Hidden Gem
Our mom was a resident at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook for six years and would still be there if it wasn’t for her loss of memory. The facility was recently renovated and the decor is beautiful. The meals are excellent, well balanced, planned and prepared by the best Chef of any facility in this area. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and dedicated to the well being of its residents. When the time comes, and it will someday, I would love to call Pine Ridge of Plumbrook home!!

After researching 5 senior communities, i decided on Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. I love my new home - lots of great activities, award winning chef, lots of new friends, and a beautiful apartment. My new community is located in a residential setting and was recently renovated.
