No Worries

I have my husband staying at this home which is clean, quiet, and well kept. I enjoy the staff who do their best understanding my husband. The staff listen to his stories and interact with him very good. My husband has the same caretakers everyday which does not make him confused. The cook is amazing and my husband has no issues. I am glad we found this home because I can leave and go to bed with not a worry.

NOT a pleasant stay

This facility is not a pleasant place. Care takers were untrained and showed no ability to care for anyone in any way. Quite the eye opener of how the elderly are taken advantage of not only medically but financally as well. My aunt was traumatized by her stay here would not recommend!! One star is being gracious

Traumatizing

My father was there for a year and passed away there. Someone else was his POA due to this fact they would not even tell me what day he passed away. He never complained. He passed during the COVID 19 epidemic so could not go in and visit due to pandemic. Whole experience Traumatizing !

Residents took meals in their rooms as well as spent most of their day in their rooms, as per the home owner. It was quite depressing.

They are doing a perfect job. It's amazing!

They are doing a perfect job. It's amazing! My parents are very impressed even. We don't have any complaints what so ever. It's very clean, immaculate. They treat my Grandma like family they are so nice. Their children will visit with her, just like she's part of the family.
