My spouse and I are residents at ProHealth Care New Berlin in the Independent Living facility. I feel like we made a good decision in moving here. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

When I look around I see happy people, residents seem to have a sense of community. Staff will drop things to help residents in whatever their needs are, they seem to be employees that relate to the needs of seniors. The facility is pretty and clean, I always can count on seeing seasonal decor which is cheerful. There are lots of activities for residents to do, anyone could find something to occupy their time in my opinion. The dining experience allows for menu choices and specialty meals to amp things up. Many times they even have entertainment in the dining room to enhance the meals they serve. They have exercise programs all the time so you don’t have to leave the building to stay physically fit. There are bus trips to stores and restaurants, as well as entertainment venues. If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Regency New Berlin. Take a tour, I think you’ll like what you see!

The tour experience was good but it was not the right fit. They offered respite care here but my loved one needed a little more care that they were not able to provide under respite. The facility itself was older and needed some updates. The room we were shown was a nice size.

From the places we looked at in our price range, I feel like my loved ones are in the right place. They're always meting new people here, which is fun to see. They like that all the buildings are connected. So in the wintertime, they can still get out and walk wherever they want to go. It's a nice setup. Communication from the staff is not super great here. You have to kind of keep on them yourself. But they're very friendly. The person who coordinated our move-in is super friendly, just super busy and doesn't really return calls sometimes. It seems like a pretty friendly community overall. My loved ones have had some maintenance issues they've had to wait a while on. So the staff is very nice, but the response time is a little slower. My loved ones moved into a brand new area of the community, and construction isn't the best in their apartment. They can also hear their neighbors. Activities have been limited due to Covid. But it sounds like they'll be offering a lot more once once they open back up more. And they're looking forward to getting more of the full experience.

I would recommend them to others. Location was a big factor for us. We like that they have a range of care options. The room was brand new and a nice size. It is a really nice place. My mom likes the food.

My mom is in independent living. It is a good clean place to be. The rooms are large. They have a very pretty outdoor space, a fountain, and a walking path. The staff has been very good. They have done a good job with Covid-19.

We love our two bed/two bath apartment, with laundry, in one of the new sections. First class. We only eat at the Regency Club once in a while, because we think the food could be better, with fewer additives. Nice hallways to walk. No need to go outside for mail, trash or newspaper.

My mom absolutely loved living at Regency New Berlin. The activities were stimulating, challenging , and joyful. She enjoyed the food and the friendly dietary staff. Best of all the staff were friendly, competent, and very kind! Our family had great peace of mind knowing that mom was so lovingly cared for when we were not there. Our only regret is that she didn't move there sooner! When the time came for hospice care, she was able to stay in her comfortable apartment with the assistance of the health department staff who she had come to love. Regency New Berlin was a true blessing to our mom and our family.

The facility is very impressive and has lots of common space for activities. We had a meal and were very disappointed with the food. Vegetables seemed to be caned, the Salisbury steaks were all exactly the same shape and seemed to be processed. Even the pie was a disappointment. For as pricey as this facility was, we expected better food.

The minute I walked into ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities I knew it would be the perfect place for her. I wasn't worried or anxious anymore, I knew she was going to be happy. It is a very clean and nice smelling environment. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of her needs. The food is not what she is used to, it is a little bland. Other than that, everything is fabulous. Her room is beautiful and she has her own balcony. She has decorated it with her own things so it is very homey and comfortable. They offer various activities that she can participate in. She enjoys going to Bible study. They offer transportation for outside excursions. There are also plenty of places to go outside and walk and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor activities. I like the fact that the staff is attentive and helpful. I don't have to worry as much due to the fact they check on her morning and night. I also like that the communication is great between me and the staff, but more important is that my mom is able to communicate with them as well.

I like the care at this community. The staff are caring and always able to help with her needs. The community is very big and nice to know that you can move around a lot. My mom said that the menu can use some improvements. They do offer activities for the residents that want to participate. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We really liked the ProHealth in New Berlin. The place was clean and staff was very friendly but we were on the waiting list for about 6 to 9 months. We ended up giving up in continuing our search.

The food at this community would be rated closer to a 4. The staff are very nice. They offer a wide variety of daily activities. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.
