<p>Quality Care Residential Home is a <em>community residential care facility</em>, which in the state of
South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a
period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents. Included in this
definition is any facility that offers a beneficial or protected environment specifically for
individuals who have mental illness or disabilities and facilities that are referred to as
