The city is graced with a meandering creek on its way to Hidden Lake and the Puget Sound. An interurban trail wends its way through town for outdoor enthusiasts. An active senior center offers retired residents an inviting spot to visit with friends, get some exercise, enjoy hot lunches and afford themselves of many services, including transportation to appointments.</p> <p>At River of Life Home Care, our staff carefully monitors our seniors' well-being as they assist them in daily living activities such as bathing, nail care and medication management. We are dedicated to ensuring that our residents thrive in our group home setting and they are encouraged to continue to live as independently as possible. Our 24-hour-awake staff is available immediately, a nurse visits regularly, a doctor is on-call and we are close to emergency medical help if the need arises.</p> <p>In addition to a lovely residential location, we offer amenities that include:</p> <ul> <li>Meals and snacks</li> <li>Recreational activities that foster resident friendships and stimulate imagination</li> <li>Common areas in which to visit, play cards or watch TV</li> <li>Laundry and housekeeping</li> </ul> <p>We strive to provide our residents with a safe and secure home where they live enthusiastically and enjoy their retirement years free of stress and fear.</p>
