Residents can enjoy three cooked meals and snacks prepared in our open kitchen, as well as enjoy conversations with friends in our common spaces. Additional on-site services are available like barber and salon services as well as visits from physicians, occupational therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists. We even offer medication delivery.</p> <p>Staff provide continuous care 24 hours a day and assist with all activities of daily living, medication management and administration, and any other specified requests. We enjoy daily activities, everything from cards to singing and dancing to make the most of our days here at Serenity Village. We continue to adopt safe, fun, and new recreational activities for residents to engage in.</p> <h3>Living Options</h3> <p>Serenity Village offers studio and semi-private units. All of our units feature wheelchair-accessible showers, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and utility packages. Staff perform daily housekeeping and in-house laundry services. Residents have in-unit access to an emergency call system to notify staff of any urgent needs.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Serenity Village is an <em>adult foster care facility</em>, which in the state of Michigan is a facility that provides foster care for adults who are aged, mentally ill, developmentally disabled, or physically disabled who require supervision on an ongoing basis but who do not require continuous nursing care.
