Awesome care

The staff here are caring and professional. They treat residents like their immediate family, in the best possible way. My niece has been there for years. They do her hair up when time permits. Another has done her nails. They joke with her and keep her spirits up. Great attention is paid to personal needs. [Name removed] is so lucky to have found such a special group of folks as care providers. The staff coaxes her to be her best. What else could you ask for!

How is this place operating?

It’s [name removed] way, or the highway. She’s ignorant and unprofessional. In it for the money, not to help people. Cuts corners to save money. Takes advantage of vulnerable people. Assisted Living? No way.

They care

I have a loved one that lived at this facility. The staff here do care about the people that live here. I have tried to find housing in other homes before this one, however my loved one never was able to stay stable due to various conflicts and behavioral challenges. It may not be the newest building but my loved one has made relationships with other people in the building and has been stable for a long time now thanks to the staff and Administrator here.

not worth the money

There is no security as men wander into the women's quarters at all hours. The meals are unfit to eat and they do not seem to care about food allergies or the fact that some of the residents are diabetic. For the amount of money that is paid per month, you should be entitled to better service

Don't put your loved one at gcm

Such a disappointment. My mother is always wearing the same clothes for days, hairs never brushed, isn't there someone to help her.? They say their understaffed. The only tv is always set to loud & raunchy talk shows and no one ever knows where the remote is. Activities are few and far between and never last long enough. My mom is [Removed] of boredom in this facility.
