Apartment floor and sliding glass door and patio were not clean upon arrival. Outdoor spaces should be power-washed frequently due to dirt and bird doodles. People have been friendly to residents. My mom was very thankful for maintenance helping her with mounting things in her apartment often upon move-in. Mom says chicken is served too often for her liking. She was thankful that chef was willing to make her eggs benedict once a week. She is enjoying the Friday's out and is looking forward to the Halloween party. I am pleased that she is engaged in activities.
