If you care about your loved one, STAY AWAY!!!

Run, RUN AWAY! DO NOT leave anyone you care about at SKYLINE ESTATES! Go elsewhere where they value human dignity and don’t treat you or your loved one like they are doing you a favor. The level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, disorganization, horrid communication and lack of ethics is staggering and dangerous, which ultimately puts your loved ones at risk. In point of fact, within the first twelve hours of arriving at Skyline, my mother was not properly supervised and was allowed to fall and catastrophically break her ankle. Her orthopedic surgeon said she will never walk again. I initially accepted that sometimes these things happen, but given all that I witnessed over time, I realized that this may have been easily avoided. Of note, this happened under the more competent previous administration. As a retired clinical social worker with over 40 years of experience in human services with federal, state and local facilities, this is by far the worst I have witnessed.
