She accused me of trying to “put her in a home”. The isolation was havoc on her mental state. \nAfter 6 months of work she agreed to see it. Getting her out of the care was another fight. \n \nA very long story short. My mom had lived here for 9 months. She has become a different person. We are not fighting over not being able to leave work to take her shopping etc. [name removed] and the staff have been wonderful beyond my ability to express. They have become family.
