In need of major improvements

Would love to share concerns with head of nursing or the top administrative personnel. I am currently a patient & have been here 19 days. I have major concerns about the timeliness of the delivery of medication and the unavailability of needed medical supplies

Not the best

This community is terrible. The food was not good and they did not offer you any choices. They would just bring you a plate and set it down in front of you. The memory care residents were in the same area as the assisted living residents so it did not seem like you had any privacy. They did not keep the community very clean
