Place is really nice, but they wont stop the smokers.

I moved here from another senior complex because they promise no smoking. They still smoke, cigarettes, cigarillos, pot, blunts etc. From the first week i moved in, 1.5 years ago, i have complained about the neighbors son whom she claims doesnt live here and smokes pot, lighting up every 15 minutes 24/7. I dont for the life of me understand how she and her son get away with it. Even when i supply all details to look into it, hes here and smoking, and hes now moving in full time. They absolutely will not go up and talk to them. They have smelled it. They know its happening. Nada. I have a bowel condition that is made much worseby smells. I get dizzy, lightheaded and nauseated. Then i have a choice, throw up or bloody poo all night or take dramimine and sleep. They will not uphold the Quiet Enjoyment that the contractually agreed to in the lease, even if its implied, its legal. And now theyre selling the building and i guess are waiting to let the new owners deal with it.
