Good Rehab, Lots of Activities

That was very nice. My mother -in-law went to rehab there and we were very happy there. They weren’t as friendly though. They weren’t mean but they didn’t seem happy to be at work but you’re working with a bunch of people that have high needs so it’s hard to be on top of the world all the time. They had activities. They had your typical bingo. My mother-in-law didn’t do a whole lot but they had magicians, memory games, they had a woman come in and do manicures. They had church services.

Room review

I find that Tendercare rooms & equipment whelchairs are outdated & really small. The hospital bed controls does not have a button to call nurses. or control Tv. There is no phone in rooms. No basket for soiled linens & towels. The kitchen staff gives patients what they think they need nothimg fr the menu. Always has the wrong items,on tray. There's a,menu they put in the room to choose alternative items that you want. Except they dont go by the menu. So I would rate this facility a 2. They do not check blood work & vitals on a daily basis. Not able to access a port.
