There are garages at an additional fee plus storage units. The apartments are kept very clean and quiet! I have met so many great people here, I moved from the DC area and did not know anyone at the Atwater but soon met some great residents! I really enjoy the activities at the Atwater, yoga, water aerobics, bingo, art class and Happy Hour! Plus, we have a garden for the residents! We have a new manager and the Assistant Community Manager; they always have a smile and very welcoming! I look forward to their new added activities!
