<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>We offer a variety of living arrangements throughout the campus, each offering modest luxury, excellent craftsmanship, and beautiful views of the surrounding estate. Independent living residents have five cottage and six apartment floor plans to choose from, offering one-, two- or three-bedroom options. Each of the cottages includes an attached garage, full size kitchen, patio space and/or florida rooms, and ample storage space. The apartments share many similarities to the cottages and are thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. All independent living units are fully equipped with a washer and dryer as well. Assisted living and memory care residents have several darling studio floor plans to choose from. Each offers ample natural light and closet space with a handicap accessible bathroom and kitchenette. Whichever space suits you best, you’re sure to feel right at home here at The Brennity.</p>

<p>The Brennity at Melbourne Senior Living is an <em>assisted living facility</em> which offers <em>extended congregate care</em>. In the state of Florida, these terms are defined as follows:</p>
