My new neighborhood village

5 for all, except food. I prepare my own food in my apartment. Due to food restrictions I can not eat some of the food on the menu. However, the Thanksgiving Day and Easter Sunday meals were great, 5+. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families ! I especially like the fact that I am able to keep my dog. I have over 40 new friends to visit with on a daily basis.

My experience was positive

The Brook of Portland is a nice, beautiful place but it is not for someone that needs support. More for independent individuals. My loved ones needs quickly increased.

A Good Place to Live

It has been a very positive experience for my family and our loved one. My loved one has made some friends and this has helped my loved one flourish by being more social, and the location is good. The staff have been good to work with if we have questions or concerns and the Executive Director has been great to work with! The food has been ok for my loved one that is quality in nature. There are choices for meals for the residents to choose from. The apartment, housekeeping, utilities, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

Our Tour Experience

We had a nice tour at The Brook of Portland. The lady who took us on the tour was nice, and the building was new and very clean. It was pretty fancy.
