Residents here enjoy a homelike setting, nutritious meals, support with activities of daily living, and activities to help them stay engaged and healthy.</p>

<p>Residents at The Family’s Choice enjoy the benefits of a staff who is committed to maintaining an active environment. The activities program gives residents a variety of fun, engaging, and educational options to choose from. Staff tailors these activities to the specific interests of individuals, and options can include gardening, arts, exercise routines, local day-trips to parks and museums, and holiday celebrations.</p>
<p>The Family’s Choice is a residential care home, which combines the care of assisted living with the benefits of social engagement in a smaller, community setting. Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. The Family’s Choice’s registered nurse is on-call 24 hours a day, and staff is able to coordinate appointments with physicians as well as home health and hospice services.</p>
<p>The house at The Family’s Choice is beautifully landscaped and professionally maintained. Residents can enjoy relaxing in the shaded yard, strolling along the walking paths, or simply lounging on the patio. The spacious main room is a perfect spot to gather with friends for any of the three meals served daily, or to just settle in with the newspaper or a good book. For some pampering, the community even has hair-washing stations and a professional hairdresser. </p>

<p>The five private and semi-private rooms are spacious, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Some of the rooms also feature private bathrooms.
