We chose Landing at Berham Place because I looked at several and this one seemed to fit the bill better all the way around. My friend is extremely pleased with the facility which makes me feel like we chose the right place. The apartment sizes at the facility are adequate for her needs. I would recommend to others looking.

My experience
I would tell others that it was not a very good experience, but I was here during covid so it was hard to say. The management here was very friendly. The food here is chef prepared and it is really good. Overall due to my experience I would not recommend

Nice Community
This community is a decent place. We didn't have many problems with the community. The communication could have been better; however this might have been effected due to the pandemic.

a great place to live when your older
They have lots of activities, like bingo and card games. They have a church service and a salon for the residence. They have their rooms cleaned at least once a week. They have a driver to take the residence to the Dr., grocery store, or the bank.

They have a very caring staff. I fell in love with this place when my uncle was there. The food was delicious. We liked to have lunch with my uncle when he was there. The room sizes were very nice. They had covered outdoor space for the residents.

Great place - the apartments are very nice and include a large size bathroom with a cut out for the tub for easy access which would be very handy for my mom
