Oaks at Lebanon Review
So far the Oaks has been a good fit for my dad. The staff has been great, the place is always clean, good meals and my dad hasn't complained one time. From the staff I have worked with they all seem to be caring, always talking to the residence, they know their names, they have an activity program, my dad likes getting his hair done....

Not recommended
My loved one was previously a resident at The Oaks at Lebanon and we did not have a good experience at this facility. The cleanliness was good. The friendliness and activities were okay. The care services and ultimately the value for cost, however, were terrible. My loved one had many issues at this facility. Individual Care/Assistance was not great nor timely when needed. There were issues with the kitchen and the food. Overall, just not a good experience and I would not recommend The Oaks at Lebanon to others.

Our community offers Assisted and Independent living, and each area has different offerings for comfortable and enjoyable senior living. Our Independent living offers a clean environment, lots of opportunities for activities and socialization, balanced meals and comfort for the resident’s family knowing that they are not alone. We do not provide care/assistance services, on a regular basis, to our independent residents. We do, however, provide information about a variety of resources they can pursue if they need a little extra help. These resources allow individuals to extend financial resources until 24/7 assisted care is needed. Our staff care deeply about our residents and their wellbeing. We would highly recommend The Oaks
Every time we are able to visit the cleanliness of the entire community is consistent, it is always really well kept. We were able to have a lunch there one time with our loved one and by that experience the meals seemed good - he indicates to us that he enjoys the meals. They do seem to have a good amount of daily scheduled activities for the residents to participate in. The staff are confident in their care but we really appreciate how they know every single residents by name, and speak to them when passing them in hallways. They also remember our names when we come to visit. It is expensive but compared to others in the community and what they offer the value seems appropriate.

[Name removed] was so sweet. Mom liked the facility. I liked how friendly the people were--not only the staff, but we were greeted with kindness by many residents as well. I loved seeing positive interaction between the guests and staff.
We are still "chewing" on the information. We are currently waiting on some information from Mom's doctor before we make a final decision.

My parents have lived at the oaks for four years, first in the independent care on the assisted care unit. We are very satisfied with both the facility and those who work there. I was at my parents almost every day so I've seen a lot.

Each year my group of mk ladies are asked to donate one time during mother’s day week to help with the Pamper day that the Oaks provides each years for their residents.
This is the third year we have participated and we enjoy it immensely.
