Kick the tires

Owners only worry about money they rush to get empty filled (lots lately) and ignore needs of current residents! It' like a bait/switch situation we sign lease then rules keep changing we all have to live by but they don't. We have two nice maintenance people but owners expect them to fix whatever in all buildings with 70+ people in each too cheap to hire more help. Garages made without enough spaces to park if you have two cars better sell one. At our age not easy to move but will soon

Review of The Parkview II - Racine, WI

Poorly managed. Rude office. Not allowed to have Time Warner Cable. Restricted in choice of phone cable provider. Not very many activities. Very few people participate in the the few activities they do offer. Community room closed periodically for bedbugs. Hardly any young seniors
