The Terraces consists of 80 independent and assisted-living apartments featuring spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a secured memory care wing, known as Safe Haven, which has a maximum capacity of 15 residents. The Terraces has a homey and intimate atmosphere and captures the ambiance of Pasadena, which is reflected in the community's elegantly decorated interior and in the flowering all-year gardens that surround the property.<br>What Sets the Terraces Apart?<br>The Terraces is family owned, which lends itself to a very family-feeling culture. Staff longevity is something we're very proud of. Employees consider themselves as part of a larger family and like working here, as we focus on staff morale on a daily basis. The compassion and humor with which staff relates to residents is a hallmark of life at The Terraces.<br>We believe in encouraging the growth of our residents as individuals, while offering personalized assistance and support when needed or desired.
