The staff was more that helpful to me and my father in law. They have nice clean apartments and lots of activities. I feel this is the perfect place for us for it is close to family but still he has a place of his own with others of shared intrest .

There was a bag lady sitting on a bench at the entrance to the development. The manager wasn't in and her assistant didn't expect me. The facilities were ok but the location is on the edge of a loud busy commercial zone. Not a desirable place to take a walk. W/D in each unit but bad floor plans. No units available to see.

Don't Be Fooled
The inside of the place is filthy in some areas. Hall carpets are filthy and soiled. The smell of smoke, both tobacco and marijuana, can be smelled in the hallways and elevators. This smoke also seeps into the apts of non-smokers. Non-smokers are harassed by these people. This place is also a dumping ground for the seriously mentally ill. Homeless people frequent this building also. The train tracks are directly behind this building and when the frequent trains go by it is loud and the building shakes. The management raises rents often, along with storage and parking fee increases. Section 8 people pay little while the rest pay the high rents. Don't be fooled by the nice looking exterior of the building. This is not a safe place for your loved ones to live in.

Not very welcoming to newcomers from staff. More concerned about petty "rules" than in helping anyone.

Very nice place!
I've had a great experience here so far, I'd recommend this place highly! You get quite a lot for what you pay here, they are "apartment homes" so each unit has a small fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The complex also has a gym, billiard room, and a great room for socializing. The front office people are very friendly, cordial, and personable, and they made the transition as easy as could be!
