We currently offer multiple one- and two-bedroom floor plan options, so you can choose a layout that best fits your needs, preferences, and budget. All apartments include plush wall-to-wall carpeting, wide entryways, and walk-in closets, giving you plenty of storage space. Each unit features a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large, wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and other convenient safety features. Select units include a private patio or balcony area as well for those who want to soak up the sunshine. Pet-friendly options are also available.</p>
<p>The Waterford at Levis Commons offers respite stays for those recovering from surgery or who just want to check out what life is like in our community before making a long-term commitment. Respite guests must stay for a minimum of two weeks and have their own private furnished apartment.
