Waters of Springfield was very good for my aunt . She was very well taken care of the staff was very caring and went out of there way to make her feel welcomed like a second home. The housekeeping staff really made sure that the facility was clean. The dietary department had a wide variety of food for the patients for their type of diet... hot water cornbread would be nice.....

Corrupt staff

The staff is corrupt. They lied to our family about our choice of home health care provider. They told us that NHC of Springfield had stopped accepting Medicare and instead steered us to an incompetent agency called "Friendship". NHC still takes Medicare. The staff at the Waters is corrupt. Don't allow your loved one to go there.

Waters of Robertson

Wonderful place. My mom received excellent care at the Waters of Robertson. Everyone was nice and willing to do whatever we needed. The facility felt like second home. The housekeeping team was great and the building always looked and smelled wonderful. Would highly recommend the Waters of Robertson.
