I really have to say I am very pleased and the only reason I gave it a rating of a four is because no one is perfect. They could use a little more help in the food . Also, I'm sure they have a hard time with help but all in all I love it. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I find the staff pretty wonderful. I mean they do have some per diem people so you don't get to know them but from what I've met of the staff so far, they are also kind and they really end up knowing your name your family members name I feel very comfortable with them Even the waitresses in the dining area are so caring and actually remember what people like and what they don't like which to me means that they care.

Everyone there is extremely friendly n helpful. When I visit my mom she is in clean clothes n is happy. She can’t tell me things but the staff says she enjoys her meals. I like that a few times a month they take them on outings. That is very important to me. I also appreciate that they take the dementia ward to join in on group activities that they sometimes have. There seems to always b someone available but I do wish they had 1 or 2 additional aides but I have yet to c a true need for one other then they can have a little bit more one on one time with residents.

The staff are all young do not no what they are doing they hire kids fresh out of high school who never had experience or cared for the elderly They do not clean the rooms everyday most rooms smell of urine daily and recently just had a bed bug problem. They take in all kinds of residents most residents belong in long term care but they do not care it’s all about the money not care for residents if they did they probably train their employees on how to do simple ADLs like washing a resident reason why soo many female residents have back to back UTIs do not send your loved one here

I had been given 2 weeks to find a place for my sister after being advised she needed more than just assissted care. I got advice and names of places from an on line place "A Place for Mom". They gave me Tiffany Court as one of those choices. As soon as I walked into the "memory unit" and saw [name removed], the head of the unit, engaging the people with a talk about a young man on his journey on the Appalachain Trail; I knew this was going to be the right place. They have been so kind and caring. It amazes me .

It's expensive but my mom is worth it My mom is much happier at Tiffany Court. Which makes me very happy. The entire staff have been very helpful. I haven't come across anything to report that would be negative.

Care services got a low rating because after a week of mom asking for her meals delivered they finally check on her to find out why. Turns out she had pneumonia. Could have been caught earlier. They really don't check very often. Mom started going down hill after that. No fault with Tiffany Court. After 2 weeks of IV antibiotics and two chest tubes it was 1 infection every other month. Mom passed in January but I would recommend Tiffany Court. She was only there for two months and we had to put her in a nursing home. Everyone one there including residents were very friendly.

I am very pleased with Tiffany Court and everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The only issue I had was with an email sent to a specific person and I never received a response. Maybe just an oversight.

Mom was very happy there. I just wanted to add, that from [date removed] when she entered TC until she passed in [date removed], she needed to go into NH rehab facilities a few times for extra therapy, and each and every time she was discharged, I was so afraid TC would not accept her back since they really didn't provide that level of care she needed as an assisted living facility. With the loving and caring assistance and extra support from Sacred Heart Hospice for the last few months, she was able to remain there comfortably until the end. For this, my family and I were extremely grateful. It had always been our goal to keep her out of the nursing home. [name removed] and most of the staff were like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing placement for themselves or family members.

Tiffany Courtney is a beautiful facility. Their PT department is fantastic. Their recreation and activity services wonderful. The food is very good. My brother in law improved a lot there and has been able to return to his home in Florida with his girlfriend. I will always be grateful for the service that A Place for Mom provided in connecting us with Assisted Living services and especially Tiffany Court.

My mom has improved after moving to Tiffany Court but not because of the Team. The is another resident that SCREAMS all the time and nobody addresses it. We have issues with medications incorrectly. I could give higher scores if someone would tell us what type of activities are offered and which ones my Mom does. Very poor communication and the cleanliness of the place leave a little to be desired. If they would simply communicate better it could be a great place.

Cleanliness: In general, the common spaces are kept clean, but my mother's room is not thoroughly cleaned. There are bathroom stains that have been sitting there, on the floor and on parts of the toilet, for weeks. Friendliness: for the most part, the staff is extremely friendly, patient, and understanding, except for one woman in the nursing department who is horrible and shouldn't be working with people in a position of service. Quality of care: The biggest problem is that nursing staff from different shifts don't communicate important information to following shifts, and therefore, follow up usually doesn't happen unless I call multiple times. Also, there were times when my mother was exhibiting disturbing behavior that I don't feel was taken seriously or addressed with urgency. I've never eaten their food, but my mother complains about it all the time, and some of her meals look less than appetizing. Overall, it's not a bad place for my mom to live, but there's room for improvement.

Tiffany Court does not have all the amenities and "bells and whistles" of some of the never and bigger homes I looked at, but my mom was already 100 when she went there to live. She was not going to use a fitness center, pool, etc. It might not satisfy a more active senior, but it was a perfect fit for my mom.

We were please with Tiffany Court, and the overall experience was very good. The cleanliness needs some work. They should change out carpet for other type of flooring that can be easily be washed and. Not hold the smell. The friendliness of the staff is great. Very friendly and considerate of the residents. The quality of care is good. Once [name removed] became the head nurse/ patient care it improved greatly. The meals are very good, and the activities are good even though [name removed] did not participate much. The overall value for cost is very good.

This is not my mother's first nursing home. I knew when moving her in that she would not be happy wherever she was at but I needed her safe. Her old home in the area, although beautiful, could not longer accommodate my mother's needs after a broken hip. I was told she needed a higher level of care. But now she is happier and better cared for over at Tiffany Court at Kingston. [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful from the moment I walked into the door. I wish we had started my mom here.

My loved one was previously a resident at Tiffany Court at Kingston and the overall experience was good. However, she was admitted to the hospital and is now in rehab. I was told that she can't live in Assisted Living any longer, so she is no longer a resident.

I would recommend, even though there were flaws, mainly in cleanliness and not being attentive at times compared to other assisted living facilities Tiffany Court was superior.
