At our assisted living facility we have a three step program that makes it easy for our future residents such as our assessment procedure; which can be done on the phone or in person. Future residents will also have a senior care advisor who will escort them throughout our facility and will also assist them with paperwork and negotiations before making a final decision. Once an assessment has been made, we will recommend several options concerning your financial and care needs. Keep in mind that a senior care advisor will escort you through those assisted living options. There will also be a follow up with you and your family member to ensure that your decision to stay with us goes well and if there are any questions we are here to answer those questions for you.
