In dad's condition and state of mind he actually should have not been put there but they observed him and for the situation of mom being close by in the Anderson hospital it was a convenient place to stay for his condition and so they allowed him to be there. He was blind, barely able to get out of the wheelchair, had lots of arthritis, and had dementia. With all that they still worked with him, even when he was upset they understood and worked with him. They had patience working with him and watched over him through the day and night making sure he had his needs meet. All dad complained about was wanting to go home. Home was the only place he knew. He was scared, the place was unfamiliar but as he got adjusted, based on his looks and actions I knew he was ok staying there because of the way they cared for him and was very informative on a day to day basis when asked. Some of the employees seem to have an attitude but still done their job in taking care of him and some employees were very nice and had more of loving affection toward him. Whether these people with an attitude or just being the nice people they were, they were all real with me. I can't stand when people are faking having me to thinking if there is something going on that shouldn't be. Just be real that's what mattered to me. It was a normal work place that done their job in taking care of him. One lady said that she understood him and him being upset and scared because she also had a family member that was also blind. Dad only stayed for 13 days but when he left there they hated to see him go. One girl wanted to know where he was going and wanted to come visit him. So yes I recommend this place. They had good food and it was well kept and clean. I never seen anything that was dirty or unclean. They had a lot of activities to do but because of dad's condition he wasn't able to be apart of those activities but he was took care of for those 13 days that he was there. I thank the Lord and this place for making room for my dad to be there. Costs for dad's care was reasonable.

At the beginning, fees were a bit steep, and we were going to another facility that met Mom's budget better. But Brookdale worked with us on costs, so Mom will not be moving. The staff seem to take an interest in the residents. They always l come to Mom's room and encourage her to get involved in whatever activity is next. Also, regarding laundry.....I really appreciate that the staff do laundry for one room at a time......no need to write name/room # in clothes.

I would rate everything for Brookdale Anderson at a five, except for the cleanliness. I would give that a four. We cleaned it before we moved Mom in. The staff is really nice.

Thank you to A Place for Mom and for [name removed], who recommended..We love Corso!Lovely place to live! Hard working staff! The restaurants and delicious food, the lovely grounds and courtyard, the high ceilings and spacious rooms, but, most importantly, the mixed assisted and independent living model which allows for residents to stay in the same physical space when their needs change or if a couple has mixed needs.Activities- for the most part, very good. There could be more a greater variety, however.Overall, an excellent place for my parents to live and enjoy.

Brookdale of Anderson is the home that we have been looking for! It checks all the boxes...great atmosphere, friendly residents, good food, and a pool! My dad was not happy at his previous living facility, we took him to look at Brookdale and within 5 minutes, he said "this is it, I a moving here". He has adapted so well and absolutely loves it!

My mom loves it and the staff are amazing. Food can take a while because it's restaurant style, but it's delicious and amazing choices of food. We love it and they have a unique model to allow assisted and independent live together in a single residence. That is unbelievably wonderful for my parents that they don't have to live separately.

We have had a fantastic experience at Village Park Milton so far. The staff are responsive and the memory care director [name removed] is AMAZING. It is more money than where my mom was at previously, but it is so worth it because of the care and attention that she gets here. We have been so happy and would highly recommend Village Park Milton to anyone looking.

Village Park of Alpharetta was our first choice - we loved this facility! Unfortunately they were full at the time and had a wait list, but they said their sister facility had an open bed so we ended up going with their sister facility and have been very pleased.

Corso Atlanta was a brand new, really lovely facility. I was just concerned it might be too too big and overwhelming for my loved one with memory issues. Even though it wasn't the right fit for her, I thought it could be a great place for other families.

We had a wonderful tour with Village Park Peachtree Corners. The reason we rejected this facility was just due to the smaller room sizes.

The tour with Village Park was great. It is a very upbeat community with a lot to do. They just offered a lot of amenities that my friend would not have take advantage of so it was not the right fit for her.

I would highly recommend the community. There has been some confusion of the aspect of care; however, it is because we are new. It would be nice to know more of who to go to for a higher level, if we have concerns. The daily caregivers are good to work with.

My mom recently moved into a beautiful condo at Village Park in Alpharetta. It feels like a resort from the welcoming entrance, vaulted ceilings, and stylish decor. The staff is very friendly and so helpful when my mom has any needs. And the chef prepares the most delicious meals! Truly a wonderful experience living there. We would highly recommend!

During the six weeks our loved one was there, we had some circumstances that they really bent over backwards for us. Due to our loved ones health he was not able to be in assisted living so they made space for him in their skilled nursing. They were really good to us and very accommodating.

It was love at first sight when we walked in. The building is stunning and the staff is so kind and caring! They always go out of their way to say hi or introduce themselves. My mom has a balcony view of Wills Park and I love how close it is to downtown Alpharetta. They take extra precautions to keep mom safe from COVID but also provide activities, unlike a lot of places we visited. Their dining room is open and the food is delicious! We are very happy we chose Village Park

Support for aging parents is difficult and our journey with Mom’s stroke brought us here. Mom had a short stay at Brookdale as she came from a rehab in Anderson. She needed 24/7 monitoring and care before coming home as she continued physical therapy. The team at Brookdale was caring and throughtful on every level. Thanks especially to [name removed] and [name removed] who were so helpful and accommodating throughout each step of our journey.
