Make sure they have what you need. In speaking to the director I was led to believe they could provide the things my dad needed and that wasn't the case. For the cost of care it was a disappointment. He contracted Covid while there and rather than just taking him to the hospital, they would not do a thing. I was getting calls from them two or three times per week. So, I would tell friends or family members to be careful and make sure they have what you need for your loved ones care.

Runs on a lost leg.

The truth of the matter is they are not equipped to deal with anything but the Most healthy patients and only one at a time. Their skills are very limited. They only have one employee on at a time and claim to be able to deal with complex issues . We have to move our patient for safety reasons.
