Anam Glen is the newest addition to the Anam Campus. We are a 16-bed memory care facility with a stimulating home-like environment designed to meet, in the most loving way possible, the specialized needs of all who are affected with a dementia, including Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Parkinson's and Frontal-temporal dementias, memory loss and cognitive impairment.<br> <br> Ensuring residents' dignity and comfort is our guiding goal, so we attend to each resident based on their personal situation. From residents in the early stages of memory impairment to those needing an advanced level of dementia care, our expertly trained staff understands the symptoms of memory loss and their effects.<br> <br> Anam Glen's care team is led by nationally known dementia experts, each with more than 30 years of direct professional experience in memory care, behavioral health, geriatric medicine, navigating our complex healthcare system and designing specialized individualized programs for persons with dementia.<br> <br> We provide a supportive lifestyle with around-the-clock personal assistance by an expertly trained staff, medication management, meaningful activities and delicious fresh cooked meals, all in a beautiful setting.<br> <br> Our philosophy of care is based on Anam Cara, a beautiful understanding of love and friendship. Anam Cara means 'soul friend.'
