expensive, but very good

I really like the staff at Ashley Manor. The place is very clean. It is expensive, but that is largely due to the size of the place. It is very small so the residents such as my mother get very good one on one personal care. They are very willing to hear feedback and make improvements. Overall it really has been a very positive experience with Ashley Manor and I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

My dad was not taken care of.

I recently moved my dad from their facility. At the time he left we were paying $5100 per month for his care. They had a broken coffee pot for two months that couldn’t be replaced, as I was told. He hadn’t been washed in months. It was a tragedy. I can’t stress how much I was disappointed in their care of my dad. I’m the two years he was at this facility they changed out the house manager at least 10 times. If you have an elderly family member I would look anywhere but Ashley Manor.
