Nice facility

The independent side was why we chose it. We weren't there for long because mom needed to go to a memory facility. They where all friendly but sometimes hard to get a hold or find.

Worst place ever

My mother was there for 2 years.. I had to move her to another assisted living facility after learning that her pain medication would come up missing on an average of twice a month.. the new director and charge nurse are completely clueless and don't care about the residents.. I've seen 6/7 great caregivers leave this job because of employee bullying.. they are currently under investigation with the state.. I seriously urge anyone seeking assisted living to shop around.. in the past few months, I've seen quite a few residents move out due to the bad conditions and major rent increases..good luck in your search..

tour review

Our family had an in person tour with Bridgeview Estate and for us they seemed to be most focused on independent living. Our Mom needs more assistance. They called to let me know they couldn't accept her but 2 weeks later asked if she wanted to come. Also the facility was too big for her.

Bridgeview Estates review

Our experience with Bridgeview Estates was excellent. Good staff, excellent meals, quite a bit of activities and it's in a great location located near the mall the movie theater, Olive Garden and other restaurants. The movie theater and mall is right across the street. Also they're on the ridge, so residents can walk down the ridge line which is absolutely beautiful.

Peace of mind knowing mom is well cared for

There is a lot we like about the Bridgeview Estates community. The price is good for the size and community amenities. The independent living style is a big plus. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

Bridgeview has a great staff

The staff were really friendly; there were activities if they were willing to participate, and the food was okay.

Pretty Nice

My parents love to go down to the dining room and have dinner with everyone. The other residents there are very nice. It's located close to other stores, which makes it nice. The downstairs level 1 smells like pee because the dogs have really soiled the carpet, and they haven't taken care of it. (Levels 2 and 3 don't smell like that.) Also when you first get there, the staff are really nice, and then it kind of peters off from there. But overall, if I had to find a place for my parents again, I would definitely consider Bridgeview Estates.

Highly recommend

I viewed Bridgeview before I went to another facility and when I had to leave there, I came right here because I really liked everything that I saw. The staff have been fabulous. The food is great and they are chef prepared meals. The apartment sizes are nice, but they could use some more storage space.

Disappointed

I would not recommend Bridgeview Estates. My loved ones have been very unhappy since being here. In fact my loved ones are moving out of the community due to their unhappiness. The food is served cold and is gross. The meals were brought to the resident's rooms due to the community being shut down due to the pandemic. The portion sizes are small. The promises made by the community didn't live up to what is being provided. My loved ones need to beg for assistance from the staff.

Independent living with assistance available

My mom lived here for 10 years and I would say it fit perfectly for the time frame she was there. She liked it because she could pretty much take care of herself and the assistance was there if she needed it. The security was designed more so for the more independent people, though. The food they served was institution food, not home cooked, but it was reasonably good. They offered exercise classes, bingo, informational travels, and the activities director had current event questions every morning on top of reading and going over articles in the newspaper. They even had afternoon tea and shopping trips. My mom and dad had a very good experience here and they both did very well.

Mom liked this community.

This is a nice independent living community. The staff were friendly. The food was good. They offer an exercise room, a library and they post the daily activities. The community is well taken care of.
