It might because they are overworked but you would think they want to make the customer feel welcome. They would make the you think they want you to stay not make you feel maybe like you should go to a different company.Its a business you want to make you happy not miserable. My mother needed more help than I could provide, mentally and medically. Letting go for the betterment of my mother to become a resident of the community was the answer to my prayers. She gets to interact with people in the community and is doing very well. The facility is clean, safe and treats my mother with dignity and respect.
