After selecting Valencia, they set up a respite room for my mom so I could get their immediate support while I then packed up and moved her belongings. I have been pleased with the attentiveness to the staff, their attention to my mom's specific needs (and making her feel special), their communication with me, the social activities available, their transportation to appts, the facility itself, and even the meals. If you live in ABQ, you know it's not a great part of town - but the community is gated and feels welcoming and safe. My mom's studio unit is just large enough for me to create a mini-version of her home with furniture and decor.
