They have valet parking here, maid service once a week, cleans the apartment and provides clean sheets, beautiful pool, activities for the residents each day, fitness room and exercise. The view is spectacular if you're on the river side. I imagine the view is wonderful on the other side as well. The food is great! The staff are wonderful and you couldn't ask for nicer staff.

A new adventure!
Campo Felic is a very nice facility, and the staff members are always trying to fix the problems with the facility itself, like lately we have had trouble with the plumbing. The food here has been very good, and I have a beautiful scenery outside my room. I can look out and see the river and we have a very nice swimming pool. The physical fitness instructor and activities director are just superb. My entire body is improving and my overall health is getting much better. We do about 30 minute exercises, so the consistency and excellence of the programs really has been working. There are so many fun things to do here. For Mother's Day we had a tea party, everyone looked so lovely and the food was delicious. The majority of the residents that are here are just very lovely.

My experience with this community
The community itself was in lock down while i was there. When they were started opening up we were able to go down into the dining room, but there was people there who would cough and not wear masks, They had one menu that was for the dining room, and one menu if you wanted to continue to eat in your rooms, however you could not mix the two menus. The freight elevator was always dirty, but the staff members were all wonderful and were very friendly.. Housekeeping was wonderful, my lady came to clean my apartment once a week. The waitresses in the kitchen were fine we had no problems with them. We were able to use the exercise programs on the TV's, and whatever holidays was that day or coming up, they would come around with little goody bags.

The location of this community is absolutely wonderful!
The staff members are very good, It is a little expensive but for us its worth it. Prior to COVID and even after they have entertainment twice a week with dinner which is very nice, they also have bingo, a gym and arts and crafts. The food here is absolutely wonderful, they have a great variety to choose from. On Sundays we get our food delivered and we even drink champagne and watch the footballs games. Our apartment and terrace is very spacious and very beautiful. The view is gorgeous, we have a marina right in front of our terrace and we can walk down to the local restaurants.

My review
I did not have to look anywhere else after seeing this facility, I really liked the staff members and liked what I saw. I am in a one bedroom apartment and it is adequate for my needs. They also have different sizes of apartments to choose from. As long as you are able to get around it is a great place. They have a gym, swimming pool, bar, movie theatre, etc. so there is plenty to do.

Awesome!
I really liked the people at Campo Felice they were all very nice, and i liked the fact that it was a high rise building. The room sizes are very good and the food was tasty and nutritional. I would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Too Many Promises and Too Many Issues
Although Campo Felice is a clean and lovely place, they have a lot of issues with the property. My parents moved in October and their unit did not have hot water and the air conditioner did not work in one of the bedrooms. There are four elevators and only two work. At least once a week, one breaks and all the seniors have to use one elevator. With wheelchairs and walkers, going twice a day to the dining room, the tenants spend a long time waiting for the elevator to arrive. Two months later, the air conditioner was fixed but the hot water in one bedroom works 3/7 days of the week and the elevator still breaks down. This is unacceptable for a 91 year old man and for the price we pay for their unit. They should have offered us another unit before they moved in since they knew they had hot water issues. The staff is kind and the activities are good but they are losing tenants and have not been able to reach the 50% occupancy that will allow them to improve the facility. They have not delivered all of the amenities they promised when we toured the facility with my parents which is false advertisement. We are still deciding if we should move my parents to another facility but it is very stressful at their age!

Some Problems Not Getting Resolved
We are experiencing several problems. It’s been 2 months since we moved our parents there. One bedroom has yet to get hot water in the bathroom. The largest bedroom blows hot air through the vents. 2 elevators are not in service.

Like a 5 Star hotel
This review is based on my mother’s experience living here. She really loves her apartment view, she has a gorgeous river view and city view. I have eaten at the and as the other reviewer mentions it is absolutely delicious and gourmet. At first my mother did complain about the construction but it’s all done now and the place looks amazing. She says it feels like a hotel and all the staff are so kind and helpful. No matter the time of day or night they are so attentive to her needs and I feel relaxed knowing she is in good hands.

Still under construction....
My friends live here. They seem to be mostly happy with it, but they’re a little unhappy with the food. They’ve said it can be a little too rich, but the soup and the hot bread have been great. The facility provides a few activities and they’ll bring in entertainers for the residents. However, it’s still under construction so there are a lot of activities that still aren’t available. There were supposed to be four restaurants but there’s only one and a lot of the units are still under construction as well. The cleanliness seems to be good, though. Their apartment has a patio that looks right at the river, but not many of the units have the same feature. The valet parking is nice, you just drive up and hand them your keys and you don’t have to worry about your car. Overall, if you like a high-rise, city-like, lifestyle then I would recommend this place. But if you prefer country living than I wouldn’t.

Rating is mainly based on incomplete construction
My Mom moved in in October and the building is still not complete. There’s still a lot of construction going on and they don’t have a lot of the amenities available that they originally promised her. The room that she was supposed to move in wasn’t even ready, but they were able to upgrade her to a different room for the same price. The room she’s in now is beautiful and the view of downtown is absolutely fabulous. They only have 1 restaurant available right now, but the food is absolutely gourmet. The team that works there has been wonderful and very nice. They’ve been so attentive throughout the whole process. If I call for any updates, I never feel like I’m being put off or anything. They’re always willing to help and I can say they’re at least trying to do right by the residents. Overall, I think the money we’re paying is worth the care that she’s receiving and the environment itself. I just wish the amenities they promised her were readily available.

Getting a refund from them is next to Impossible!
This place is real quick to take your money and tell you you could get it back if you change your mind. It's been over a month and we're still waiting for the refund. We've been given every excuse in the book including they didn't have any checks. I went in today to get a check and was told they would have to stop payment on the first check they said they cut and that would take 24 hours and they have no idea when they could get the check out. They did not seem to care at all that a 90 year old woman is out $3,000. Be very careful if you put a deposit down you may not get it back!

This place was beautiful, dispite the new construction areas! The views and amenities were Incredible. The values are good considering this is a brand new comminity. However, still out of our price range for the rooms that were offered.
