The current Wellness Director and her team provided my dad exceptional care. She was amazing and personally checked in on my dad regularly and provided comfort and support to our family in during a difficult time.

You feel even better when you leave than when you got there because of everyone's kindness. Walk down the hall and everyone says hello. You feel like family and I know my mom has many new friends and people who care about her not just for her. She enjoys the food and there is something for her to do everyday. No one is excluded. I recommend this place for friends l know. The staff is always caring, respectful, and helpful to its residents from what I’ve witnessed in the dozen times I’ve visited my aunt. Their chef seems to love his job and serves healthy and tasty meals that make everyone happy. Most of the staff from the director on down seem to make a genuine effort to give good care.

My group of moms,dads,kiddos and dogs had the pleasure visiting diamond for the afternoon prior to Christmas! We sang and kids danced around ! Kids gave out treats and gifts and talked to residents ! They visited with each dog and child ! There were sweet tender moments and a ton of smiles and laughter ! That's what we wanted ! Joy !! The kiddos are still talking about it ! God bless the staff for the way they interact with each resident , with love and respect ! One of the cleanest places I've been to ! It was such a pleasure , we will be back !!

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful staff at the Diamond. They have impressed me so much by the continual efforts to go above and beyond normal expectations. My sister has been there for about a year and I have seen through her eyes a loving and hard working staff who give special attention to the feelings of the residents AND the other staff members too. She really loves this place. It has become "her" Diamond and really, her opinion is what matters to me. And she loves it. Thank you for helping her feel loved and needed. You all ROCK!

I have volunteered several times at Diamond Assisted Living. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The residents were clean and happy. They enjoyed the activities that I provided and participated in a manner a which was benificial and therapeutic to all!

I can't say enough positive things about Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. My family and I are incredibly thankful for the exceptional care and attention my dad has received here. From the very beginning, the staff has been nothing short of amazing—compassionate, professional, and always attentive to my loved one's needs. The facility is warm, clean, and welcoming, with a true sense of community. What stands out most is the genuine care shown by everyone, from the medical technicians to the management team. They truly go above and beyond to make sure each resident feels valued, and that peace of mind means the world to our family. The team has been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've had and has made a challenging time much easier to navigate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our dad.

My dad moved into Diamond as an ALF resident about 7 months ago. He was in a different Assisted Living prior to Diamond as a result of left side paralysis after his stroke. He had almost nothing good to say about his prior living arrangements; however, his reports of his experience at Diamond have been overwhelmingly positive. When he had to go to the hospital for a medical emergency, the staff were waiting to welcome him when I brought him back. I'm amazed at how helpful they have been. Diamond has a wide range of visiting specialists which makes it convenient for your loved one to get the medical care they need. The receptionist actually returns voicemails (unlike prior establishments I've worked with), and the maintenance technician went out of his way to help me with Dad's TV and other things. This facility is smaller (fewer residents) than where Dad was before and I think that helps. They encourage Dad out of his room to participate in activities which has been great. Given we have experience to compare to, l'm optimistic and hopeful that this continues to be a great home for Dad. Thank you to the team!

Brought my mother here after a traumatic experience at another facility. I was worried since she is fragile and needs extra care at times. Everyone here is so helpful and nice. They take the extra time to make sure she is comfortable and doing well and constantly checking on her. Very happy with the care given here and would highly recommend it.

I recently visited an old friend at Diamond and I was very impressed. The facility is clean and beautiful! I was greeted very warmly and there was a really comfortable homey feeling. It is warm it is caring and it also seems fun. My friend is very happy there and I was impressed.

Large enough not to be stuffy and small enough to give a feeling that's personal. I think Diamond is the goldilocks of the local assisted living options in this area. The building has been newly renovated tastefully and is clean and comfortable with its common areas and open airy hallways. The outdoors are gorgeous and sizeable. The updated and fully furnished rooms are a plus which other communities don't offer. More so, its rates offer an option for Medicaid supplement which is not common in these parts, making it an even better value than just a Goldilocks pick. Has all of the standard assisted living offerings including restaurant style dining and activities schedules, with care staff visibly walking the hallways and tending to the residents. The Executive Director and Sales staff are friendly and outgoing and overall, a great vibe. Affordable and valuable is how i would sum it up - the way a senior living should be!

A cautionary tale of my mother's time at (The New Diamond) Mom was locked in her room on her first night, left in pain and soaked in urine for hours... Staff had no key to help her!!
