One complaint is that some of my mom's clothes have gone missing and I see her wearing other people's clothes. Not a huge deal to me though. I know this is common. Also, the actual care (bathing, communicating issues like toe nails needing to be trimmed, making sure she has her socks on) could be a little better but they really don't provide nursing care there so I can understand. I recommend this facility.
