<p>After years of caring for and maintaining a home, we’re proud to offer services that allow our residents to relax and enjoy a home-like environment without all the household responsibilities. Residents of Genesis Manor I enjoy daily housekeeping and laundry services. Three delicious and nutritious home cooked meals are prepared daily with dietary restrictions in mind.</p>
<p>As part of our mission to make Genesis Manor I feel like home for all, we have implemented an open door visiting policy. Friends and family can come by to visit when it is convenient for them. This welcome is always extended to your furry, four legged friends — in fact, they’re welcome to stay. We also offer plenty of indoor and outdoor common areas for all to enjoy.</p>
<p>Our community is staffed around the clock with seasoned, well trained caregivers who assist residents with all aspects of daily living, medication management, and incontinence care. The experience level of our staff enables us to care for seniors with a variety of needs; such as Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, congestive heart failure, stroke, dementia, Alzheimer’s, pulmonary disease, emphysema, healing wounds, and hospice. We also schedule routine visits with physicians, nurses, podiatrists, physical therapists. With only six residents at a time, we’re able to provide more personable care than most traditional nursing homes, large assisted living facilities, and in-home care services.</p>
<p>No matter the length of your stay, you can have peace of mind knowing your health is in good hands.</p>
<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>We offer both private and semi-private rooms, as well as studios and one-bedroom units. All the comforts of a home are provided for residents, but we strongly encourage them to bring in some of their own furnishings. From pictures and decorations to their favorite sitting chair and decorative pillows will allow them to create a space that is uniquely their own. <p>Genesis Manor I is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as <em>assisted living facilities</em> and <em>board and care facilities</em>. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.</p>
