I’m a Hospice professional with a patient here and I see how great the Caregivers are here when I come to see the patient on our services. The staff is friendly and the board and care is very clean and organized,

The facility is clean and bright; staff is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly; menu needs to be more diverse. Not many activities offered other than watching television. I would most certainly recommend Genesis Manor.

I can tell you they were great and me and my wife would recommend Genesis Manor VI to everyone we know. 10 out of 10.

They are wonderful! Attentive, kind, clean and great communicators. Staff is playful and treats the residents like individuals. They make each resident feel loved and cared for.

We chose Genesis Manor because it was smaller and so she was only 1 of 6 so it seemed more intimate and care would be more personalized for her. They do little things that I do not think other bigger places would do, like having lunch with them on the patio. The staff members are outstanding with communication. I feel like it was the closest thing to home and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

I would highly recommend the community to others. It is a small house and the caregiver ratio to residents is good. The communication is good with the staff and family. It would be nice to have some activities for the residents to participate in.

High marks, so far. We have a site tour scheduled; if everything looks good, we will leave the required deposit and hope to move Mom early in January. [Names removed]'s communications with us have been most helpful and pleasant. Thanks so much for this referral!

My mother was failing fast at her last residence. When I brought her here, I expected her to pass within the year. She's been there almost two years and is thriving. She is always clean, well fed and attended to. They interact with her and treat her like family. They even accommodate things like in residence birthday parties, with her care giver [name removed] decorating the backyard and welcoming in over 30 guests. When you cannot care for your loved ones personally this is the place to ensure there well being.

Great facility in a nice area of North Claremont. They recently had it remodeled. Run by a family of nurses. Most of the time had 2 caregivers available. They had a doctor who came once a month which was nice. Very experienced, compassionate, and caring.

They are very personable and always willing to do whatever it takes to insure the health, safety, and quality of life for your love one.

Halcyon has been a great place for our Dad. He has been there over a year now.Its in a nice quiet area. He enjoys the walkes down the street. The place is always neat and clean. The caregivers and owners are all very nice and attentive to all of the residents.

My dad was here for almost a year and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. The caregivers are thoughtful, caring and extremely organized. The household was always clean, calm, well maintained and welcoming. The caregivers adapted to my father’s personality and they would have him laughing and smiling. They faithfully kept him clean from “head to toe” including his mouth which had been neglected at the previous assisted living. They made sure he ate and had plenty of fluids. Before Genesis Manor (GM), My dad had chronic rashes, reoccurring UTI’s and pneumonia. Once at GM all that stopped. It stopped because he finally had proper care. The other residents are calm, quiet and friendly. I would take my dad out to the backyard where they have a covered patio with trees. We would sit outside and enjoy the shade. They even let me bring his dog. The environment here is very much like a family. The sweet caregivers were very supportive when we found out my dad was passing soon. They let me stay bedside and were very kind. They cried with me when my dad passed. I am very grateful to have found this place for my dad. I recommend them highly.

Our Mother was at Genesis Manor for the last 4 years until her recent passing [Name removed] and her staff were professional, caring and compassionate with our Mother's care and needs. Great communication and updates on our Mother's care were always received. Genesis Manor is truly a comfortable and caring home environment for your loved ones.

This facility is run by a compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, professional family of nurses who really go the extra mile in helping people.

Everything is going very well for my dad at Genesis Manor V. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is very friendly. The communication with staff is excellent. Whenever he needs his prescriptions filled they call right away and take care of it. He definitely likes the food there, he is gaining weight and looks good. They do try and get him outside for fresh air but it has been so hot lately they don't spend much time outdoors at this time of year. They take good care of him and his care needs. This residence has only about 6 residents so he gets a lot of one on one care. He is always clean and looks nice when I come to visit. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

My loved one is doing well since her move to the Genisis Manor III. The place is clean and everyone is very friendly, we have no complaints so far. I would recommend this place to anyone looking into it.

I really like the care that my mom is getting here. The staff is caring and taking care of all of the needs for my mom. We were happy with thc care from the staff and they offer services like hair dressing, and making sure that medications are refilled. They keep me informed in her daily progress. They are not offering her activities due to her condition, but are available to those who can participate. This is a great community with the best care for her needs. I highly recommend this community for outstanding care and value. They offer a small fee for a the assessment , but it is included if a loved one moves into the community. Familes would love the outstand care offered here and the vlaue for everything.

Missy from A Place For Mom did an exceptional job in identifying various options for care homes for our mother. After looking at many choices in the area it was clear that Genesis Manor IV would meet all of our needs. Their staff and management are highly reputable, knowledgeable, and caring. Since moving Mom in we are confident that she is getting the personalized attention she needs. She now has a team of nursing, medical and support personnel that take care of her overall well-being. I have visited several times unannounced and the staff have been very friendly and responsive. Watching your loved one struggle with physical and memory concerns is difficult, but Genesis Manor IV has eased that burden for us. I am very happy with Genesis Manor IV and big thanks to my Advisor for helping me find such a wonderful place!
