<p>As a dedicated memory care community, Grand Brook’s professional staff, nurses, and caregivers receive extensive training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Staff are also trained to provide medication management and administration, and conduct frequent health monitoring.</p>
<p>The Life Engagement Program at Grand Brook celebrates and recognizes the unique life stories of each resident. By incorporating the interests, memories and emotional connections of residents into their daily activities, Life Engagement Managers can help individuals reduce anxiety, fear, and frustration.
